After last week's success and realising that the children are very capable. I have decided to let the little ones set up bed 3.
Although a bit slower than the other group, they managed to find out how long a foot was, marking it up (some team work here) and some of the boys seem to be very good at hammering. They enjoyed putting in the staples and finishing the bed off with threading string through them. Knott tying was much more difficult for them so spent some time with all of them learning this skill.
They and the next 2 groups each planted onions in this bed. Labelled them up and were satisfied with their time in the Garden.
