Gardening Plans

Gardening plans for the coming season are now well on the way.

On Wednesday's from 12.30-1.15 we shall run our gardening club.

We shall start on 15th April.

Members of the club are:

Oak              Willow
Flynn            Anwesha
Benedict       Harry
Charly          Kara
Charlie          Liv

Classes Oak and Willow will be doing craft activities and some sowing and once the school 'farm' shop is open they will be helping in the  shop.

Classes Holly and Chestnut will be sowing plug plants for the school kitchen garden as well as plants for the school 'farm shop.


On Friday afternoons pupils of the other classes will spend time in the kitchen garden. sowing, transplanting and harvesting (for the school farm shop).

There will be times that the children will bring a plant home for you to keep and nurture. If for some reason you don't want that to happen, please let us know.


Could you help by saving the following items for us and bring it to school on a Wednesday or Friday?
1.  Large yoghurt pots with see through lids (500ml)
2. Clear plastic punnets (for  farm shop)  (the ones fruit and vegetables are sometimes packed in
