Kitchen Garden is having a rest until March time

The Kitchen garden is having a rest until March.

In the mean time in February we hope to recruit children for the Gardening Club.

This will be a lunch time activity on a Wednesdays 12.30-1.15pm
They will be sowing and tending plants for both the garden and the school shop.

They will be running the shop on a Friday after school. (picture of a shop I did before in West Bridgford, something to get inspired by)

Aim of the shop:

The learn about:

What is in the shop (inventory)
What price can we charge (do some research on pricing)
Making labels, displaying etc
Weighing
Selling
Recording

The money made is going to be used for seeds, tools, compost etc
