A focus on the Song Thrush

We have been looking at the food chain recently.
We grew our lettuces that were eaten by
Snails who were eaten by
Song Thrushes. We listened to the Song Thrush's song and watched a video about a song thrush eating a snail.

Agi,  had cut out bird shapes which we coloured in to make them look like Thrushes, we then put them on a string and went outside in the play ground to let them fly. We created a flock of Song Thrushes. As the wind was blustery it was ideal for the fledglings to have their first flights.

Afterwards we picked up our pots with lettuces to take home to plant up and enjoy eating in a few week's time.
